Should
I Use AgelessCare Nurse Hotline For ALL My Healthcare Concerns?
Family caregivers
or loved ones may battle frequent illnesses, and they find comfort
knowing that a knowledgeable nurse is just a phone call away.
However, members should not use the nurse advice program when
they think they or their family members are having an emergency
- a life-threatening condition or event. In the case of an emergency,
members should always call 911 immediately.
You can ask
our nurses about any health concern; however, for matters
relating to caregiving support, chronic disease support, or life
planning, you will gain much better long-term support by scheduling
an appointment with one of our network providers. You will
be able to select a specific individual from our network who can
work with you for as many sessions as you decide are most helpful
for your situation.
