Associations and Brokers
AgelessCare has several approaches to partnering with associations and brokers. In one model, our partners enroll membership
information in their own programs, and then provide AgelessCare with a data base of eligible members who have requested access to our medical savings and self-care support programs.
Data is encrypted using the latest secure data integration technology. Another partner approach is available where AgelessCare provides the enrollment via toll-free telephone orders and our own state-of-the-art
Internet site. Corporate profiles provide corporate clients with their own unique "company code" that ensures their members receive automated contracted rates. Whether the membership enrollment is managed by AgelessCare on behalf of a
client or information is received from the client via secure data transmissions, all broker commissions are tracked automatically by our system. Commissions will vary depending on
membership enrollment.

Internet Businesses
Our Internet Business Affiliate program provides direct enrollment for consumers coming from our affiliates' web sites. By providing unique "company codes"
for each affiliate, we can track all membership enrollment whether by telephone orders or through our state-of-the-art Internet site. Our Internet Business Affiliates receive the same unique corporate profile
as our "offline" clients receive. This profile provides our systems the ability to track all sales commissions accurately and automatically for periodic payment cycles to our affiliates. Affilate commissions
will vary depending upon the volume of new members enrolled during measurement periods.
