Our healthcare discount programs provide your employees with access to savings on dental, vision, hearing,
pharmacy and many other types of necessary healthcare. You employees have to pay at the time of service in order to obtain the discounts, but now you get the credit for helping them save money on their healthcare costs!
Ask yourself these questions:
- Do your competitors offer healthcare benefits?
- Would your employees leave to work for a competitor if these benefits were available to them?
- How long does it take to replace a good employee?
- What price would you put on the down time, training costs, and lost sales or manufacturing?

How It Works
It's easy to register your company with AgelessCare. Simply provide some basic company information, select the membership program
you wish to provide to your employees, then provide information for billing purposes. Your account is automatically set up at no cost to you. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOU ADD EMPLOYEES TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
If you are not part of a sponsor group that pre-negotiated member pricing for you, you may obtain reduced membership fees when you add 5 or more employees to your account.
To add employees or view your account status information, simply login. Follow the online instructions to add employees, modify employee information, or modify your company profile.
Within 10 business days from the date you add employees to your account, each employee will receive ID cards in the mail (Bronze program - ID cards available online only). Program use instructions and provider directory are available online after you complete the enrollment process.
Here's some quick overview information to help you explain Program use to your employees:
- Identify a provider from those listed in your directory and call member services to verify participating status (for your
convenience, you can also find most of the specialist providers in our search engine).
- Show your AgelessCare Member ID Card at your appointment. Inform the provider that you are a member of the applicable national network.
- Providers may call the AgelessCare toll-free member services number (on the back of your member card) to check your eligibility, access the network rate information, or to discuss our program.
There is no waiting and no forms to complete, just simple value and savings on quality healthcare.
