Platinum, Gold, and Silver Members: If you are on a monthly membership payment program, you may decide to dis-enroll at any time. However, you must return your personalized member ID cards along with your written cancelation notice in order to confirm
termination of your membership. The reason we ask for you to return your cards is so that there are no misunderstandings regarding program termination.
