Platinum and Gold Members will have a toll-free number for customer service on the back of their member ID cards to call for all inquiries relating to program services, applicable discounts, claims status, and provider referrals.

Billing inquiries may be directed to 800-969-5495.

Questions about use of the Medco Health pharmacy network or member login issues can be sent to members@agelesscare.com. We will respond to all email inquiries within one business day.

Please do not direct savings plan questions to the MedAdvice nurses. They will not have that information.
