Should
I Use MedAdvice For ALL My Healthcare Concerns?
Family caregivers
or loved ones may battle frequent illnesses, and they find comfort
knowing that a knowledgeable nurse is just a phone call away. Our nurses don't diagnose.
Based on the caller's symptoms, the nurses will recommend levels of care access (ie, ER,
urgent care clinic, doctor's office visit, etc.). The decision about whether to seek
care is always the caller's decision.
In the case of an emergency, members should NOT use the MedAdvice service; instead, always call 911 immediately.
An "emergency" occurs when eligible members think they or their family members are experiencing a life-threatening condition or event.
