Who Can Benefit From Our Medical Savings Programs?
AgelessCare's medical savings programs can be used to supplement existing insurance programs and major medical policies. Everyone who applies is eligible,
so pre-existing conditions not covered by your regular policies can receive service under our program, and at significant savings. While this is NOT insurance, it does provide members with the same purchasing advantage
insurance companies have. Anyone utilizing this program should see average savings of up to 40% on their healthcare services.
Our Platinum Program works well with high deductible traditional indemnity policies or policies that pay a flat fee for hospital stays or certain conditions.
If you have limitations, exclusions, and capitation with your policy, then the Platinum Program can help plug those holes. After all, if you have to go to the doctor, why pay full price?
It is important to realize that the Platinum Program does not provide optimal benefit to you when used with PPO's, HMO's and other managed healthcare plans with small co-payments at the time of service.

How It Works
After signing up for the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Program, AgelessCare will send
you an assortment of information concerning the who, what, where, and how of affordable healthcare. With your new Member ID Cards and the information you received from AgelessCare, you are on the fast track to claiming
your right to affordable quality healthcare. You will also receive a directory of providers.
It's easy to use the medical savings program:
- Make an appointment with any of the providers listed in your directory (for your
convenience, you can also find most of the providers in our search engine -- some providers and services information will be listed only in your membership materials).
- Show your AgelessCare Member ID Card at your appointment. Inform the provider that you are a member of the applicable national network and see the savings applied immediately when you pay for your current visit.
- Physicians may call our toll-free customer service number (on the back of your member card) to check your eligibility, access the network rate information, or to discuss our program.
There is no waiting and no lengthy claim forms to complete, just simple value and savings on quality healthcare.
