you with access to healthcare discount memberships, nurse hotline counseling and online
shopping.

legally required to do so, except as follows:
- Applying for Health or Life insurance: We may share information you provide on this site (or through fax, email,
or written means) to our insurance company affiliates in order to assist you through the application, underwriting, and/or fulfillment aspects of your insurance policy.
The amount of personal information required by each insurance company may vary depending on the plan and benefits included;
- Healthcare Provider Networks and 24-hour Nurse Hotline: When you enroll in a health insurance plan or healthcare discount program
that includes such benefits and/or services, we may provide your name, address, and telephone number information to contracted healthcare provider networks and nurse hotline vendor so that they can verify your eligibility.
- Membership Materials and Online Store Purchases: When you enroll in a healthcare discount plan or otherwise obtain physical goods or services not
delivered by means of electronic transmission during an AgelessCare.com
session, the company that prints, packages and/or ships physical goods or services (the "Merchant") will obtain your name, address, and
telephone number information;
We may share non-personal, summary, or aggregate customer data with other third parties; except as stated above, we will not individually identify you.
Healthcare Discount Program Memberships: When you enroll healthcare discount program memberships, we will ask you to set up "your
account," which includes your name, mailing address, telephone
numbers (optional), gender, date-of-birth, dependents, and e-mail
address. We'll also ask for your credit card number and expiration date when you enroll in a healthcare discount program or purchase items from
our online store. For online store purchases, you may indicate whether you want to save your
credit card information in the system so that you save time
in the future when processing orders. In addition, we ask that
you indicate whether you would like to receive e-mail from AgelessCare
keeping you informed of new products or features. If you would like to review or revise the
information we have in your healthcare discount program account, you may access such information
by clicking on the "My CareJournal" link at the bottom of any screen.
2. SECURITY
When you place an order online, your personal
information and credit card information are encrypted using
Digital Certificate Technology before being sent over the Internet,
making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen
or intercepted while being transferred to AgelessCare.com. Your
credit card information is always stored in encrypted form in
a database that is away from our Web site database so it isn’t
connected to the Internet, and is therefore safe from hackers.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily
disclose personal information online - for example on message
boards, through email, or in chat areas - that information can
